What should I cook with leftover steak (filet mignon)?

I’m kind of looking for a crockpot recipe (like a beef burgandy). Something easy without too many ingredients so that I can finish up cleaning after the holidays without having to stop and cook a huge dinner.

I’d reheat it and put it on top of a salad of field greens with craisins, candied pecans, and either balsamic vinaigrette or bleu cheese dressing.
Enjoy!
