This recipe calls for blue cheese as it is meltable and pairs with the other ingredients well. It is also a salty cheese. I&#039;d do feta.

If you can find it, White stilton is milder and has no green mold like traditional blues. Goats cheese is going to have a strong to mild but always pungeant taste.</description>
