Hi.
I’m gonna make dinner for my mom( to celebrate her new job). Do you have a recipe for boneless beef round steaks? I can’t be to difficult though. And what are good sides for that?

    A perfect pot roast. Crack open the cookbooks, plenty of recipes, but you can make the roast w/ all the veggies included—one pot! No mess! Dinner will be delish!

    1 onion chopped
    8 oz tomato sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 teaspoon basil
    1/2 teaspoon cumin
    2 large cloves garlic, crushed
    water

    cut steak into cubes and Brown in oil in a heavy skillet or Dutch oven.

    the best thing you can do with round steak is swiss steak it needs browned in a skillet first and add ever thing else to it after it browed you can cook it in the same skillet on low or in the over.
