I am a terrible cook, but I have been designated steak-cooking duty for the night. I’ve never broiled a steak before, so if you could give some ideas, I’d appreciate it!

Also, it is a very thick steak so should I put it in the oven and leave it, or should I turn it every so often?

What kinds of seasonings can I put on it?
