burgymi asked:
I am trying to find a recipe for original the beef sizzlers, you know the ones you make philly cheese steak subs out of? I have tried something in the past and it was horrible they do not have much taste to them. I got a 6 pack and do not know what to do with them, because they are so boring in taste. I do not feel like philly subs tonite. When I try and search them on recipe sites all I am getting is actual sizzler steaks not these thin sizzler sandwich thingys lol could they be called something else now days? Any ideas would be so great… thanks so much Burgy

If you want to make steak sizzlers, those are usually very very thinly sliced steaks (almost like prosciutto thin) one on top one on bottom with a chopped steak (hamburger) in the middle.
Just make a hamburger patty on the thin side, cut a steakum in half put the patty in between the two halves and cook til down, serve on a crusty roll with sauted onions, and mushrooms if you want, top with mayo and melted swiss or provolone cheese.
