Can anyone share some good NY Strip Steak recipes with me that I can use on an indoor stovetop griddle pan. Preferably something that doesn’t need to be marinated for hours because I am already at work and won’t be home till 5. Thank you kindly and in advance!

   there is only one way to deal with a beef steak.

   Salt And Pepper is all you need….

   For as little so 30 minutes anytime will be ok generally the better.
   The marinate until your ready to cook sometime leave mine in the better.

   I just give mine a little rub with olive oil, fresh crushed garlic, & Montreal steak spice.
