MMMHMMMM asked:

Are there any other “recipes” for serving raw beef?

I’m not quite sure why it’s usually served sliced thin or minced.

What’s wrong with eating a hunk of raw beef?

Christopher

Raw beef is tough. It needs to be cut thin or ground so you can eat it. The Japanese has their version too.
