Im marinating some beef steak that i got from a recipe online, and it said to marinate it for 30 minutes. Is it ok to let it set, for like.. 3 hours?

   The fibers in the fibers break down the fibers in marinade and you want to tenderize them chicken can stand up to marinate cheap cuts of beef and pork have more fibers in marinades while chicken can stand up to taste.
