We recently got beef steak given to us, and the meat is veeeery tough. Does anyone know any good recipes for a tasty meat tenderizer that really works?

    Meat Tenderizer’s tend to have MSG. I would go with a beef marinade. I would use olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, some sort of acid like lemon or lime, ginger and salt & pepper.
