I am looking for a quick, easy meal that I can make with these steaks. I want to be able to taste a lot of flavor, but nothing too spicy since my dad gets heartburn pretty easy. Any recipes are appreciated! Thank You!!

   That’s a pretty tough cut of meat, so it needs to marinate for a few hours:) …. Then, you could stir-fry slices with veggies and serve it over rice. A teriyaki marinade would be good ….. Or, you can make beef stroganoff with it
