beef steak recipes
Alex asked:

I’m making carne asada and the recipe states to marinade for 24 hours. I’m wondering if it’s safe. Also, the recipe calls for lime, lemon, and orange juice. I don’t want the meat to cook in the marinade. It is currently 10 pm and the meat will be cooked aroung 11 am or 12 pm. Would it be better for me to put it in the marinade when I wake up around 6 am?

Eli
