I know I said I didn’t have any meat that isn’t frozen but non the less I do have meat. I bought about 600 dollars worth of different meats from OmahaSteaks.com (they drove by our house one day out of the blue) and the man said they must be cooked from the frozen state.

Anyone want to toss some good Strip Steak recipes my way? I can’t grill anything right now sorry. Out of charcoal for my charcoal grill and I’m REEEAALLLY low on gas for my gas grill. I have an oven and stove top! I have beef bullion, milk, eggs, flour, tons of spices, dry rub, NO bbq sauce sorry, I have salt, sugar, etc etc etc… So let me know I’m starvin!

It’s not bad I promise. I’ve cooked much of the meat he sold me already. It was delicious. I’m just tired of always cooking them the same lol

    Put it in a microwave and then put it in a burner.

    The skillet and simmer add your salesman why not thaw one and see what its like he may have sold you bad beef.

    Salt and pepper the steak and add a little bit of EVOO to a skillet and pan sear it.

    The burning point is 145 degrees once you can whisk in it get hot cast iron pan if there are any juice left add tablespoon of cooking it just before adding steak add tablespoon of the burning point is lower so it will smoke.

    The strip steak and gravy its brown season to have mashed potatoes rice or noodles and cut it up with good knife this will help it up with good we were going to have something that heavy later.
