steak recipes
PlNk pEaRlS asked:

This beautiful spring weather has enticed me into setting up the patio furniture & heating up the grill.

I want to make hamburgers and steaks this coming Sunday when my family comes down to visit. However, I’ve never made either. I’m more of a pasta and chicken person.

Any good recipes for burgers and steaks, send them my way!

Thanks!

Felipe

Personally i like steak burgers, get some good quality steak and chop it finely but dont mash it. Mix with a little salt and pepper (but no oil whatsoever) and form thick patties out of them. Then place it on the oiled grill. Plain is best- just use great quality meat. If you want, brush both sides with bbq sauce after both sides have been grilled.
