Bunny615 asked:

I was at a cook out and they had a local Hawaiian dish that had like a beef steak, onion, cilantro, and like a lemon or lime juice in it. It was served cold, almost looked like a salsa, and was hot(spicy) like a salsa. I don’t know the name and have looked everywhere online to try and find the recipe. Help please??
i cant ask the person who made it because i dont know who they are.

i cant make it if i dont know everything that was in it.
does not have rice in it
