TractorJohnny asked:

I have a couple of sirloins and would like to make a beef tip and noodles type recipe. Would it be fine to just cut up these steaks? Should they be cooked whole and then cut up?

Thanks.

Cristopher

That is the typical cut used actually. Sounds great to me.

    The rest should be fine.
The steak may come out little more tough try marinating the steak may come out little more tough try marinating the rest.

You certainly can. You can do it either way. You can cut it into cubes and then cook it, or cook it whole first. I usually cut it up, then cook, to get a good brown on all the meat cubes first. However, sometimes I use leftovers of a roast or whatnot, in which case it is already cooked, then I cut it up, and it still turns out great.
