Ingredients:
2 pounds steak, cut into strips (partially freeze for easier cutting)

Mix flour, salt & pepper. Put steak strips into mixture (I use a plastic bag & shake well), then add to crockpot. Add all remaining ingredients – layer like – to crock. Cover & cook on HIGH for 1 hr & then turn to
LOW for 8 hrs (can be cooked all on HIGH for 5 hrs). Serve over hot steamed white rice. Serves 6.
