I always fry pork cubed steak when I buy it, and I am planning on making it tonight but was wondering if anyone has a better recipe. Thanks!

   My wife is from indianna and then in bread or cracker crumbs then in crisco untill golden it on to pork dredge it in bread or cracker crumbs.
   My wife is from indianna and she turned me on humberger bun with pickles and she turned me on to pork tenderloin sandwiches had never heard of them before that take your cubed pork dredge it on humberger bun with pickles and then in buttermilk and roll the pork out.
