beef steak recipes
Russell S asked:

I tried recently to turn a steak recipe involving a marinade I created into a burger recipe by starting with just ground beef, but I couldn’t quite get the seasonings right that way. If I marinate the meat and then grind it will I have better success or will it turn to mush?

good meat can stand on its own but maybe think about turning your marinade into more of a sauce to compliment your dish
