How about raspberry chipotle fajitas made with rib eye or sirloin? Maybe put in some really hot chili? Anybody have a BBQ recipe that would use raspberry chipotle?

I’m trying to think of something to make for dinner tonight and I’m an extremely novice cooker. My boyfriend and I want beef of some kind that we can just kinda fry up and have with potatoes and stuff, but we don’t want steak and we don’t want just regular hamburger. My mom used to make these things she called “minute steaks” that were really good, but I can never seem to find anything like this at the store…anyone have any ideas for me? (Remember: Simple and preferably inexpensive!)
